These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgriGo platform, including its website, mobile applications, franchise centres, advisory services, storage infrastructure, market linkage systems, fintech integrations, and trade enablement services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using AgriGo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
AgriGo provides agricultural support infrastructure including but not limited to:
AgriGo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion.

AgriGo may facilitate digital payments, settlements, and financial coordination between users and verified partners. AgriGo acts as a facilitator and does not operate as a banking institution.
Users are responsible for ensuring correct bank details and payment information. AgriGo is not liable for losses arising from incorrect financial data provided by users or delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
While AgriGo implements structured storage and logistics coordination systems, agricultural products remain subject to natural deterioration risks, environmental conditions, and force majeure events.
AgriGo shall not be liable for losses arising from unforeseen climatic conditions, natural disasters, pest infestations, or events beyond reasonable control.
Agricultural advisory provided by AgriGo is based on scientific models, data analysis, and historical insights. However, crop yield outcomes depend on multiple variables including weather, soil conditions, pests, and farming practices.
AgriGo does not guarantee specific yield results or income outcomes.
All proprietary technologies, algorithms, software, designs, branding, advisory frameworks, and trade systems are the exclusive property of AgriGo.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for lawful agricultural purposes.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AgriGo, you consent to data practices described therein.
AgriGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgriGo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
AgriGo shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, network failures, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AgriGo operates.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or competent courts as per applicable law.
AgriGo may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
