01/ Policy Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs financial settlements, order cancellations,
service reversals, and refund eligibility across all AgriGo services including
input supply, equipment rental, soil diagnostics, advisory services,
storage infrastructure, and market linkage transactions.
By placing an order or subscribing to any AgriGo service, you agree to this policy.
02/ Order Cancellation – Input Supply
Agricultural inputs are time-sensitive and logistics-driven. Cancellation eligibility is as follows:
- Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of order placement OR before order status changes to “Processed”.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Custom-treated seeds or special procurement items are non-cancellable once processing begins.
03/ Returns – Seeds, Fertilizers & Biological Inputs
Due to contamination and moisture risks, opened or unsealed agricultural biological products
cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original sealed packaging.
- Batch numbers and barcodes must remain intact.
- Inspection will be conducted before approval.
04/ Equipment Sales – Returns & Refunds
- Equipment must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Return window: 7 days from delivery.
- Calibration tools and customized machinery are non-returnable once activated.
- Inspection required prior to refund authorization.
05/ Equipment Rental Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled rental start time.
- Cancellation within 24 hours may attract a 25% operational fee.
- No refund for unused rental time once equipment has been deployed.
06/ Soil Testing & Advisory Services
- Soil sample collection fees are non-refundable once collection is completed.
- If laboratory analysis has commenced, service fees are non-refundable.
- Advisory subscriptions may be cancelled anytime, but refunds apply only to unused billing cycles.
07/ Storage & Warehousing Services
- Storage booking cancellations allowed before inventory intake.
- Once goods are stored, charges are calculated based on utilized duration.
- Minimum storage charges may apply as per service agreement.
08/ Market Linkage & Trade Settlements
Trade settlements are governed by executed buyer contracts.
- Once produce has been sold and payment processed, transactions are final.
- Disputes related to quality must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- AgriGo acts as a facilitator and is not liable for buyer-side defaults beyond contractual mediation.
09/ Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- Unboxing video recommended as proof of transit damage.
- Claims must be raised within 24–48 hours depending on product type.
- Verified damaged items qualify for replacement or full refund.
10/ Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds initiated within 3 business days.
- Settlement typically reflects within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds processed via original payment method.
- Payment gateway convenience fees are non-refundable.
11/ Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in cases including:
- Partially used storage duration
- Service cancellation after administrative processing
- Returned equipment missing original packaging components
12/ Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened biological products
- Completed soil testing reports
- Executed trade settlements
- Force majeure events
- User-provided incorrect financial details
13/ Fraud Prevention & Abuse
AgriGo reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated abuse,
suspicious activity, or fraudulent claims.
14/ Dispute Resolution
Refund-related disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of transaction.
AgriGo will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
