This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs dispatch, transportation,
logistics handling, and delivery procedures for all AgriGo products
and services including agricultural inputs, equipment, machinery,
and related physical goods.
02/ Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Processing timelines vary by product category:
- Seeds, Fertilizers, Crop Inputs: 24–48 hours
- Standard Tools & Equipment: 2–3 business days
- Heavy Machinery: 3–5 business days (inspection required)
- Custom / Treated Inputs: Up to 7 business days
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
03/ Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines begin from dispatch date:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on regional infrastructure,
weather conditions, and transport partner availability.
- Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Zones: 7–10 business days
- Heavy Machinery: 7–14 business days depending on transport type
04/ Cold-Chain & Biological Product Handling
Temperature-sensitive products such as hybrid seeds and bio-fertilizers
are transported through monitored cold-chain logistics when required.
- Packaging includes moisture-protection barriers.
- Delivery should be accepted promptly to prevent exposure risk.
- AgriGo is not responsible for quality degradation due to delayed acceptance.
05/ Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
- Orders above qualifying threshold may receive free standard shipping.
- Heavy machinery may incur special freight or flatbed handling charges.
- Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-access zones.
06/ Risk Transfer & Delivery Confirmation
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery
and signature confirmation at the registered address.
- Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery.
- Visible damage must be reported immediately.
- Failure to report damage within 24–48 hours may void claims.
07/ Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability,
re-delivery charges may apply.
- After 2 failed attempts, goods may be returned to origin.
- Refunds (if applicable) may be adjusted after deducting shipping costs.
08/ Partial Shipments
AgriGo reserves the right to ship orders in multiple consignments
depending on stock location and product category.
09/ Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Transport strikes
- Natural disasters
- Rural infrastructure limitations
AgriGo shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
10/ Tracking & Communication
Upon dispatch, customers will receive shipment tracking details
via SMS and email. Tracking availability depends on logistics partner integration.
11/ International Shipping (If Applicable)
For cross-border shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties,
import taxes, and regulatory clearances unless otherwise specified.
12/ Disputes & Claims
Shipping-related disputes must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
AgriGo will investigate claims and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
