At Agrigo India, we are committed to delivering agricultural products quickly, safely, and
efficiently.
This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, shipping methods, handling procedures, and
responsibilities.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship products across **all states and major districts of India**, including rural and
semi-urban regions.
- Standard delivery available PAN India
- Remote village delivery available depending on courier access
- Heavy machinery delivery available only through approved logistics partners
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time depends on product category and location:
- Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides: 3–7 business days
- Farm Tools & Accessories: 4–8 business days
- Machinery / Large Equipment: 7–15 business days
- Remote Areas: Additional 2–4 days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festival seasons, or
other unforeseen disruptions.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within the following timeframes:
- Orders placed before 12 PM: Processed same day
- Orders placed after 12 PM: Processed next business day
- Orders placed on Sunday / Public Holidays: Processed next working day
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 depending on weight & location
- Heavy Machinery: Charges vary based on logistics partner rates
- Agrigo Membership Users: Special discounted or free delivery (based on plan)
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking ID
- Courier partner information
- Live tracking link (email/SMS)
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will make **two delivery attempts**:
- If the customer is unavailable, they will be contacted via call/SMS.
- If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to origin.
Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
7. Packaging & Handling
We follow strict agricultural product handling standards:
- Moisture-proof packaging for seeds and fertilizers
- Leak-proof & safety-sealed pesticide containers
- Bubble wrap and cushioning for fragile equipment
- Heavy-duty crates for large farm machinery
8. Delivery Restrictions
The following restrictions may apply:
- Certain chemicals cannot be shipped to restricted states
- Hazardous goods only delivered via approved transport partners
- PO Box delivery may not be available
9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete:
- Delivery may be delayed
- Order may be returned to origin
- Additional re-shipping charges may apply
Agrigo India is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address details.
10. Damaged or Missing Products
If the product is damaged, leaked, or missing:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos of the package and product
- We will arrange replacement or refund based on our Refund Policy
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability is based on courier partner coverage:
- COD available for select pin codes only
- COD fees may apply
- Large machinery orders are **not eligible** for COD
