At Agrigo India, we aim to provide high-quality agriculture products including seeds,
fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and farm tools.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned,
replaced, or refunded.
1. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product delivered).
- The product has visible leakage, contamination, or tampering.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
Note: Evidence (photo/video) must be provided within 24–48 hours of
delivery.
2. Products NOT Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of agricultural goods, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used packets of seeds
- Pesticides or chemicals whose seals are broken
- Fertilizers, soil, nutrients, or additives once packaging is opened
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Equipment damaged due to mishandling or incorrect usage
- Items purchased during clearance sale
- Digital or membership-based services
This policy aligns with agricultural safety and regulatory guidelines in India.
3. Return Request Window
Return or replacement requests must be initiated within:
- 48 hours of delivery for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides
- 3 days for farm tools and accessories
- 7 days for machinery and equipment (manufacturing defects only)
4. Refund Methods
4.1 Refund to Original Payment Method
If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your:
- UPI account
- Bank account
- Credit/Debit card
- Wallets
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
4.2 Refund to Wallet / Store Credit
For faster availability, refunds may also be issued as store credit usable on future purchases.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacements will be issued only when:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The original item is returned (where applicable).
- Stock of the replacement product is available.
If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
6.2 Cancellation After Shipping
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
6.3 Cancellation by Agrigo India
We may cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Invalid delivery address
- Failed payment verification
7. Refund Process
Step-by-step refund process:
- Submit return request with photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team reviews the request within 24–48 hours.
- Pickup is arranged where applicable.
- Item is inspected by quality team.
- Refund/replacement is issued upon approval.
8. Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued if the buyer mishandles the product.
- Weather, soil condition, or crop performance cannot be considered for refunds.
- Agrigo India is not responsible for crop failure due to natural factors or incorrect usage.
